Nick Beardsley

Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

Before co-founding Olive Homes, Nick held several senior leadership positions in the corporate IT sector. With a longstanding passion for property, he built an impressive personal property portfolio, laying the foundation for his transition into property development.

As CRO of Olive Homes, Nick is responsible for strategy for growth, leading sales, marketing and long-term revenue development. His unique blend of corporate experience and property expertise drives Olive Homes’ growth and market success.

Darell Shawyer

Head of projects and construction

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry Darrell is known for delivering complex residential and commercial projects safely, on time, and within budget. His duties include being the first point of contact for members of their project team, taking responsibility for health and safety and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, plus Identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity.

Keith Linsey

Senior Quantity Surveyor

With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, Keith has extensive knowledge of preparing and managing budgets, procuring construction and consultancy services and dealing with contractual issues. He has worked across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and compliance. His expertise in financial planning, risk assessment, and value engineering has helped clients optimize project costs and maximize returns.

Contracts Manager

With more than 30 years’ experience in construction Paul has successfully managed teams of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across various project phases, from groundworks to final handover, ensuring compliance with both industry standards and client expectations. His leadership is defined by a proactive approach to problem solving, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Jackie Parsons

Company Accountant

Jackie has a strong background in accounting principles and experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice and payment processing, vendor management, and reconciliation. She is the perfect liaison for customers, addressing needs and concerns quickly and effectively to maintain strong relationships.
